Vermouth Fumiga’

Turin Vermouth signed Smile Tree

Fumigà was born in the heart of Turin, between the tables and the counter of the Smile Tree, where mixology is never static but constantly evolving. This is precisely where a simple but ambitious idea takes shape. Start with vermouth, a symbol of Turin's tradition, and take it in a new direction.

The result is a vermouth that keeps its roots firmly in the local culture but introduces a different, more contemporary reading. Fumigà thus fits into both classical and more experimental mixing, with a character recognizable from the first taste.

Vermouth Specifications

The process that defines Fumigà's profile develops in two distinct moments. A distillation step and a cold infusion step, designed to best extract each aromatic component.

It is an artisanal vermouth that lends itself to multiple interpretations. It works when mixed, but can also be enjoyed on its own, perhaps with an ice cube, to capture all the nuances.

It appears to be a clear, warm and intense amber color.

Smoky, floral notes emerge on the nose. Smoked black tea blends with rose and lavender, creating a bold yet balanced aroma.

To taste it is full-bodied, with a full structure. The smoky notes remain the protagonists, accompanied by a floral and spicy finish that leaves a lingering sensation.

Fumigà Production

Vermouth Fumigà is made from Piedmontese wine and mugwort, particularly Gentile and Roman, in compliance with the Turin Vermouth specifications.

The bouquet is built through a careful selection of botanicals. Rose, lavender, cardamom, bitter orange, cloves and smoked black tea combine precisely, without overlapping.

It is precisely this balance that defines the identity of the product. A vermouth that comes from concrete, carefully crafted ingredients, and which finds its place both in the glass and in the broader Smile Tree experience.
