The Turin’s Vermouth

The history of Fumigà was born in piazza della Consolata, more precisely at the Smile Tree, a reference point for cocktail bars in Turin, known for its continuous research and experimentation in the world of mixology, thanks to the idea of the barman Adrian Margineanu. Starting from the Turin drink par excellence, vermouth, Fumigà combines tradition and innovation, giving a new and complex taste within the classic and modern mix with a unique and unmistakable flavor.

Produced using Piedmontese wine and artemisie such as the gentile and the romana, Fumigà takes the name Vermouth di Torino according to the regulations in force.

The bouquet is complemented by rose, lavender, cardamom, bitter orange, cloves and smoked black tea.


The extraction system that characterizes the taste and color is divided into two phases: one of distillation and the other of cold infusion. It is an artisanal vermouth with a smoky and floral flavor perfect for mixing or to be enjoyed neat or with an ice cube.
